Description

This blood test follows the CDC-recommended two-step process to detect an immune response to Borrelia burgdorferi, the bacteria that causes Lyme disease. It measures both IgM and IgG antibodies, and if the initial test is positive, a confirmatory test is automatically performed using the same blood sample—no additional draw needed.
