THE INITIAL SCREENING
After filling out an Intake Form, we will ship you the Initial Screening Kit. After the Initial Screening, you will review the results with our expert, non-judgmental clinicians to determine whether PrEP is right for you. We will prescribe generics or name-brand medications, working with you to find a preferred, low-cost option.
QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE
You will receive a Maintenance Kit every 3 months to stay current on your Rx. The Maintenance Kit includes the following tests:

PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a once-daily pill regimen that is 99% effective at preventing HIV. There are several PrEP medications available, both branded and generic. We will work with you to decide which one is most suitable for you, taking into account your insurance coverage (if applicable). If you are paying out-of-pocket, we will work with you to find the best available price and have tools that can help you decide which pharmacies and benefits cards that can help with cost.
Generally, PrEP can be a helpful option if you have HIV positive partner(s); have sex with multiple partners (or a partner who has multiple partners); have condomless sex; or share injection drugs or tattoo needles. Our clinicians are available to answer any questions or explore if PrEP might be right for you.

Login and Register

Create your account on our website and register your Kit.

Collect

Collect urine in the provided collapsible cup or carton. Transfer using the available pipette. For the HcG Neat Catch urine tube (only for uterus-owners), please follow the included instructions. If you are a penis-owner, there’s no need to send in a Neat Catch urine sample.

Spots

Do a quick prick and drop a few drops of blood onto a lab-verified card. There are two cards included. Please fill out both cards and send both of them in.

Ship

Send us your samples with the provided pre-paid shipping label. Make sure to ship your samples the same day that you collect them.

Telemed Call

Clinician-reviewed results will be ready to review in our online portal in less than a week. For this program, a telemedicine consult is required. Our team will be in touch to schedule your consult once your results come in.

Guaranteed results in less than a week

Your test results will be available in less than a week after you have shipped back your samples. Also, you can easily share the results with your partner(s), a revocable link with timed access will be included with your results.
