Collect
Collect urine in the provided collapsible cup or carton. Transfer using the available pipette. For the HcG Neat Catch urine tube (only for uterus-owners), please follow the included instructions. If you are a penis-owner, there’s no need to send in a Neat Catch urine sample.

Spots
Do a quick prick and drop a few drops of blood onto a lab-verified card. There are two cards included. Please fill out both cards and send both of them in.

Ship
Send us your samples with the provided pre-paid shipping label. Make sure to ship your samples the same day that you collect them.

Telemed Call
Clinician-reviewed results will be ready to review in our online portal in less than a week. For this program, a telemedicine consult is required. Our team will be in touch to schedule your consult once your results come in.
