Allergy
Basic Food Allergy Panel
This test measures immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies in your blood that may be produced in response to specific food allergens. The panel includes testing for immune responses to the following: almond, cashew, codfish, cow’s milk, egg white, hazelnut, peanut, salmon, scallop, sesame seed, shrimp, soybean, tuna, walnut, and wheat.
If elevated antibody levels are detected for peanut, milk, or egg, additional component testing will automatically be performed using your existing sample. This helps identify specific proteins to better guide your conversation with an allergist.
$149
Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test
We assess your immune system’s IgG antibody response to 96 different foods. Each food is scored from Class 0 (normal reactivity) to Class 3 (high reactivity). Elevated IgG reactivity may indicate that a particular food could be contributing to your symptoms—making it a good candidate for a structured two-phase elimination diet.
Please note: This is not a food allergy test and does not diagnose lactose intolerance or celiac disease.

Celiac (Gluten) Disease Panel
$119
This celiac disease panel is designed to detect antibodies linked to an autoimmune response that damages the small intestine in individuals with celiac disease. In people with this condition, consuming gluten—a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley—triggers the immune system to attack the lining of the small intestine.
Indoor Respiratory Allergy Panel
The Indoor Respiratory Allergy Panel uses IgE antibody testing to identify your body’s immune response to common indoor allergens. This blood test helps detect sensitivities to triggers such as dust mites, pet dander, mold, cockroach allergens, and other indoor irritants that may contribute to year-round allergy symptoms like sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes, or asthma flare-ups. It’s a safe and convenient way to gain insight into the causes of your indoor allergies and guide personalized allergy management with your healthcare provider.
$179
Shellfish Allergy Panel
This test uses IgE antibody testing to detect immune responses to common shellfish allergens. It helps identify potential allergic reactions to shellfish such as shrimp, crab, lobster, and others, supporting accurate diagnosis and personalized allergy management.
$139
Tree Nut Allergy Panel with Reflex to Components
This test uses IgE antibody testing to detect immune reactions to common tree nut allergens, such as almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, and more. By measuring IgE levels in your blood, the panel helps identify potential sensitivities that could lead to allergic reactions. It’s a safe and effective way to gain insight into tree nut allergies and guide further evaluation or management with your healthcare provider.
$149
Expanded Common Respiratory Allergy Panel
This is a blood test that measures IgE antibody responses to 25 specific indoor and outdoor allergens. It helps identify potential triggers such as pollen, dust mites, pet dander, mold, and grasses that may be causing respiratory allergy symptoms like sneezing, congestion, or asthma.
$399
Weed and Grass Allergy Test Panel
This test measures IgE antibody levels in the blood to detect immune reactions to specific weed and grass allergens. It helps identify potential triggers behind seasonal allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and congestion, supporting a more targeted approach to allergy management.
$179
Basic Common Respiratory Allergy Panel
This test uses IgE antibody testing to detect immune responses to 14 specific indoor and outdoor respiratory allergens. It helps identify common triggers such as pollen, pet dander, mold, and dust mites that may be contributing to allergy symptoms like sneezing, congestion, and itchy eyes.
$239
Tree Pollen Respiratory Allergy Panel
This test uses IgE antibody testing to detect immune reactions to specific tree pollen allergens. It helps identify common seasonal triggers that may be causing allergy symptoms such as sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy eyes, and throat irritation.
